We love and use this lead daily for agility training/competing/walking with our dogs as it goes on and off nice and quick plus machine washable (low temp).
 
Collar and lead section is approx 25mm wide plus fleece edges.
 
This is a slip collar and lead, it can only tighten so far due to the design of the collar/lead to prevent over tightening on the dog's neck.
 
It is lined/padded with soft fleece on the collar part and the handle of the lead.
 
The approx length of the lead is 40"
