Shipping Policy
How It Works
All orders are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, during busy periods this may be longer. If you would like an update on your order please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Pricing for shipping is detailed below.
UK Delivery Cost
1st Class £4.50
2nd Class £3.50
Free 2nd class postage on UK orders over £35
Trade postage please contact us. International postage is calculated on checkout.
Returns
The Small Print

Please email us within 10 days of the receipt of goods at info@toughtugz.co.uk to confirm if you would like an exchange or return and we can discuss requirements. If you have ordered a custom fit (not regular sizing) this is non refundable as we cannot resell these products.
You must return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, unused with labels still attached, free of any dog hair.
